I like your piece, it's nice, it has a concept, but there are certain parts that fall flat for me. I hate leaving low votes without explaining why because I know that when I get low scores I want to know why I hope you feel this way too. I'll focus on two things:
1) Proportions- her neck is too long and that makes her body look too short, so try to focus on that. Also, symmetry. Each half is very consistent from top to bottom, it just looks slanted... you know what I mean?
2) Her boobs look flat and kinda saggy because you got the shape wrong, which is common because the majority of people aren't looking at boobs at all hours of the day. It's also partly because her cloak doesn't curve around them.

This is great! The detail and the way the lighting is applied creates a great aura. Just two things I think could be improved, unless these are creative choices.
1) The source of lighting seems a bit off, and misses certain things, like her horns and the background(just add a bit for balance, I know you're trying to create a focus, but balance).
2) Her boobs aren't a natural shape. They don't go with gravity, and they're drawn too round. that's not how natural boobs look. It's a common error, but maybe you knew this, I mean this isn't exactly realism, it may just be your style.
Sorry if it felt harsh? Like I said, it's really great, and those were my two only suggestions, so just assume I found the rest impeccable.

This is a wonderful piece, especially because of your color usage in her clothes, it's not uniform.
About what that one guy said called them "T-Rex arms" was unnecessarily rude, they aren't that. Her left arm has her shoulder higher, I did the pose, it's well proportioned. Her right arm on the other hand, is a little short. It's also lifted, but it(the elbow) should still end where her rib-cage ends.
Still great texture, shading, and lighting though.
